Apple Safari and ITunes will merge

Computer Store News: Apple may be preparing a big move to merge Safari and iTunes into one software, which may come during Apple's special event this fall. In April 2003, Apple launched the iTunes store in iTunes. The integration of the iTunes store turns iTunes into a WebKit browser that can read and store multimedia files. Currently, this browsing experience relies heavily on Apple's secure ITunes content. However, Apple's integration of ITunes into Safari will change the overall situation.

While iTunes continues to move forward, Safari's growth is minimal. Safari claimed its market share was 4.46% in December 2010, and Google’s Chrome browser’s rapid growth has eclipsed Safari.

People think that Safari will be the only browser that can access iTunes, because iTunes is built into the browser itself. “Integrating iTunes with Safari is a daunting task”, the news said, “The integration of the two products will make Safari a spurt in use. ”
