More Trojans will target Linux systems

Earlier this month, system security researchers presented a security report on an unknown, Trojan horse program that had not previously appeared. Perhaps this will be of great help to researchers in understanding the malware technology. Early analysis data showed that this Trojan attack was more dangerous but the level was more common. From the code point of view, this program is based on the Trojan standard manufacturing of Windows system. Vendors in system security have noticed that this program appears to be a design sample that may have a commercial purpose rather than a targeted attack.

Researchers believe that the Trojan's intent is to attack web servers, infect 64-bit Linux kernels, and then implement code-based attacks on web pages. From this point of view of the Trojans that have been discovered, hackers seem to be tempted to open the Linux system. After all, it is more difficult to attack. This malicious program runs at the operating system kernel level and has the ability to avoid being detected by ordinary anti-virus software.

Crowdstrike's security researchers explained that from the perspective of the Trojan's attack behavior, it seems that malware developers are working on a project to show buyers. Marta Janus, a researcher from Kaspersky Lab, said that the program has only a few changes in the attack method and many changes.

Janus wrote: "Although this Trojan should be in the development stage, we should see more malicious programs like this appear on Linux in the future. ”
