Windows can not run. Bat file solution

Today, I installed MyEclipse10.1 on my computer, when I need to run the run.bat file in MyEclipse10.x registration machine, but when I double-click it, the computer can't run, I don't know why. I think it may be because my computer has been reinstalled for system reasons, but after discovering my computer cmd, I can't execute the dos command under C:\\User\\Administrator>, but I can go to C:\\Windows\\System32> Execute the dos command, I think it should be a configuration problem, and later I know that it is an environment variable problem, you can set it like this: C:\\User\\Administrator> Enter the command set path=%path%; C:/windows/system32, meaning On the basis of the current environment variable (the path originally has a value), add C:/windows/system32, but this is only valid in the current operation, it can be used temporarily, and the symptoms are not cured. To permanently modify, you need to modify the environment variable. In fact, like other environment variables (such as java JDK environment variables), right click on my computer --> Properties--> Advanced Properties--> Environment Variables--> Add after the path, separated by semicolons --> Save as you save. Now run the run.bat file on it. By the way, when installing MyEclipse10.x, don't go to see a lot of crack instructions on the Internet, just follow the crack instructions in the installation crack package, run the registration machine run. Bat file, follow the steps inside, don't be misled by those online crack instructions, yes, I am talking about installing under windows, my installation environment is windows7 64-bit! Supplementary note: run.bat, in fact, is a java file, to run, first install the JDK on your own computer, and configure the environment variables!
