Computer head: Automatically shut down after the owner leaves

Everyday I imagine that our computer can be like a robot in a science fiction film, and it can achieve full self-operation. When we have something to deal with, we can automatically detect it and automatically close it if we haven't returned for a long time. In fact, what I want to tell you is that this is not a dream today, but it can be achieved.

Principle of implementation:

Using the task plan in the Windows operating system, it automatically detects whether the user is using the computer. If the user does not use the computer within a certain period of time, the shutdown command is automatically invoked. , turn off the computer. If someone else wants to use the computer, they must know the "power-on password" set in the BIOS.

Implementation:

1. Right click on the desktop, select “Create Shortcut” from the pop-up menu, and then “Create Shortcut” in the pop-up menu. Enter the command in the dialog box. If your operating system is Windows 98, type "rundll32.exe user.exe, exitwindows"; if your operating system is Windows 2000/XP/2003, type "shutdown.exe -s -f -t 10 -c 'The owner is not there, it will be shut down'”. Name this shortcut " ShutdownComputer”" in the next naming dialog.

2. Click “ Start → All Programs & Rarr; Attachments & Rarr; System Tools & Rarr; Mission Plan & rdquo;, Open “ Mission Plan & rdquo; window, drag the shortcut on the desktop to &ldquo ; mission plan & rdquo; window.

3. Double-click the “ShutdownComputer” shortcut in the “Task Schedule” window. Click the “Schedule” tab in the pop-up window and click ““ Schedule Task”. In the list box, select “Idle time”, when the computer idle time exceeds XX minutes, change the time interval to the interval you think is appropriate, such as 25 minutes, as shown. It is recommended to set the time interval to 15~30 minutes. Because the setting time is too short, the repeated switching opportunities will affect the life of the computer. If the setting time is too long, the purpose of protecting our system cannot be achieved.

4. Click the “Set” tab to clear the check boxes in front of all dialog boxes and click the “OK” button.

Although you will think that our computer is just a machine, it does not have its own consciousness, but we can make it smart to make it let the computer manage itself. If you want your computer to automate the detection and judge that you have not come back for a long time and close yourself, then try the above steps and you will feel new.
