The normal use of TenPay certificate and control graphic tutorial in winxp/2000 system environment

When you perform certificate-related operations under Windows xp/2000, to ensure that you can use the certificate smoothly, follow the steps below to check and set up your computer.

1) Please confirm that you are logged in as an administrator (administrator). Digital certificates and controls are not currently supported by non-system administrator users (such as guest users). If you are a non-administrator user, log in as an administrator user.

View Method: Go to Control Panel ——>User Account to view your current user rights.

As shown below: “Computer administrator” means the administrator account, “Guest” indicates the guest account (non-admin account)

Tips: Home computer default Are administrator users;

Most Internet cafes are generally non-administrators when logging in. It may be difficult to use certificates. TenPay also recommends that you avoid using digital certificates in Internet cafes;

A computer with strict restrictions on user rights (such as some computers or servers that store important information) may give your login account a non-administrator user.

2) After confirming that it is an administrator user, open the IE browser. In order to make the control run normally, please follow the steps below to set it up.

(Note: Currently supports IE kernel and non-IE kernel browsers, such as: IE, TT, Maxthon maxthon, Firefox firefox, etc.))

a) Click on the picture to select “ Tools”——><quo;Internet Options"

b) After clicking, the following window appears, click “Security" (arrow mark)

c) The following window appears, click “Custom Level" (red box mark)

d) Click the following window to find the “Run ActiveX Controls and Plugins” option (red box 1). Set to “Enable“ (red box 2), click “Confirm”

3) Reinstall the certificate control.

Tips:

a) When downloading the control, please pay attention to the path of the file you are storing, so as not to find the location of the control after downloading, it will not be installed.

b) When you are prompted to download, you directly click “Confirm”, after the download is complete, you can't find the location of the control. What should I do?

If you are using “Super Cyclone ”Download, please try this folder to view: C:\\QQDownload

If you are using "Thunder", please try this folder to view: C:\\TDDownload

Locate the file named qqedit.exe and double-click it to install it.

c) If you can't find this file in the folder, you are advised to click the link above to download it again and remember where the file is located

4) Test if the certificate control is already Can be used normally:

a) If you are prompted that the certificate control still does not work properly, please reconfirm whether your computer has been set up according to the above steps;

b) Prompt you “ certificate control can be used normally, please close all web browsers, re-open the browser, log in to the TenPay main station, and perform related operations on the certificate.
