Problem Reporting Solution under Vista

I believe that everyone has heard about the "error report" under Windows XP. When it is optimized, it will be disabled. Why? Because XP's error report, basically there is no return, after sending, I can't feel any help to myself. But the "problem report" under Vista is different, and Microsoft will often push back useful solutions based on your report. Actually solve the software failure in 1:3 minutes. When I installed Norton AntiVirus under Vista, I popped up the window shown, saying that the program is not compatible with Vista. Unfortunately, I also saw hope, the "Online Check Solution" button is impressive. After clicking, open the "Report Report and Solution" wizard, click "View More Solutions → Check Solution", pop up window. Click "Windows Vista does not support Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition", in the next pop-up window, click the corresponding link in the "Solutions", you can automatically log in to the specified website to download the Norton update patch that supports Vista. This "problem reporting solution" is really a bit overbearing - from finding problems to solving problems, it has been arranged for us. Actual combat 2: See if the system has gotten the disease. Can the problem report and solution be called only when the program is wrong? In fact, we can call it at any time by clicking "Start → All Programs → Maintenance → Problem Report and Solution". Click "View Problem History" to get an overview of all the current system failures. Some problems can be solved, and all those marked with "solutions available" belong to this category. Some problems cannot be solved for the time being, and the labels marked "sent reports" belong to this category. Right click on the same problem as "Solution Available", select "View Solution", open the corresponding window and follow the method in Example 1. Right-click on the issue with the status "Sent Report" and select "Check Solution" to see if there is an available plan. Actual combat 3: Do you want to report the error yourself? By default, all problem reports will be sent to the Microsoft website. In fact, we can specifically disable some sensitive software to submit reports to the Microsoft website. In the Problem Reports and Solutions wizard window, click Change Settings → Advanced Settings, click the Add button to the right of Block List, and add the programs you want to block. It is recommended to add the company's internal programs, because such programs may only send reports by yourself, generally there is no solution, and there may be leakage of internal confidentiality during the error sending process.
