Let Vista have some functions of MAC OS

When it comes to Vista beautification, you must first think of the strongest Vista beautification master at home and abroad (built in Vista optimization master). Although Windows Vista (Vista for short) has a gorgeous appearance and rich functions, there are still many users who envy the ease of operation of the MAC OS system. Even if you can't install the Mac OS system, you want to experience its excitement, but how can it be achieved in Vista? In fact, you only need to install several softwares yourself to make it easy to display multiple windows side by side, one desktop to multiple, and the Dock toolbar.
Using three small softwares, Vista has some features of Mac OS.
First, let multiple windows side by side display
Added a window switching function in Windows Vista, through which we can quickly open multiple windows in the form of thumbnails arranged in the window, click with the mouse A program can be opened directly. There are more windows, overlapping, and not easy to find. In Mac OS, this aspect is better than Vista. Mac OS has a built-in Expose function, so by pressing F3, all the programs we run are displayed in front of you in thumbnails for you to choose. It is not difficult to implement this function in Vista. It is easy to install the TopDesk gadget in the Vista system.
After the TopDesk installation, a blue icon with the word "T" appears in the taskbar. By default, it will automatically run with the system startup. TopDesk provides powerful program switching to quickly and easily switch application windows. With the hotkeys, you can quickly view thumbnails of all open windows and switch quickly.
1. Hotkey Settings
Before using TopDesk software, you need to set the hotkey of the program first. Right-click the icon in the taskbar and select "Options" from the pop-up menu to open the "TopDesk Options" dialog box (Figure 1). In the "User Actions" interface, you can arrange various arrangements of the window and mouse hotspots. The operation performs hot key setting. In the arrangement mode, several window display modes such as parallel window, parallel program window, parallel course window and hidden visible window are provided in the TopDesk program, and are set according to their own preferences.

After setting, switch to the "Window" interface, in which we can set the animation effect of the window switching and the parallel mode of the window.
2. Quickly switch windows
After setting the hotkeys, when there are too many open windows, you can press the set "Parallel all windows" hotkey. At this time, all the windows opened are thumbnails. The form is displayed on the desktop (Figure 2). With this feature, it is much more convenient than Vista's "switch between windows". During the thumbnail display, you can also use the mouse or TAB button to quickly switch. If you only show all the program windows, here we can press the set "Parallel all programs" hotkey.

At the same time, TopDesk provides energy saving function. When the program detects that the CPU usage is too high, the program will automatically shut down to save energy.
In the advanced settings, you can reduce the CPU power consumption by setting the project such as software performance. In order to save system energy better, you can also set accordingly. Switch to "Advanced Settings" and in the "Performance" item we can choose an energy saving method, such as 32-bit image, low priority and so on. In the "Full Screen 3D Accelerator" project, select Stop TopDesk and disable the bubble help prompt so that when a full screen 3D acceleration program is detected, the bubble prompt is turned off. With TopDesk, you don't think it's much easier to switch between programs.
Second, let the desktop have 3D effect
Now some operating systems can provide a virtual desktop and can achieve stereo switching effect, this function can make a desktop into multiple, different programs in different desktop operations This makes it easy to switch, and the desktop is clean and the effect is very good. To have this feature in Vista, you need to install a virtual desktop management software.
DeskSpace is a very good virtual desktop software, which uses 4D cube rotation to switch between 4 virtual desktops, and each desktop can have different wallpapers and icons, and there are many shortcuts. The keys can be customized. This allows you to place different files on different desktops to manage the categorized files.
