Modify the default installation path of software in Win Vista/7

Now many people have such a habit in the installation, if the system is installed in the C drive, then the software will be loaded into the D drive E disk and other non-system disk Go in. However, when the general software is installed, the system will set the default path to C:/Program Files/XXXX. If you follow the above ideas, each software must re-select the path. Is there a shortcut? Do you have?

*WIN+RRun regedit to open the registry editor

*Locate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersion

* Find ProgramFilesDi in the right panel

*Double-click editing , set the key value to the path you need, for example: D:Apps

*OKSave, exit the registry editor

I hope these tips can help you save some unnecessary time.
