Handling Win XP prompts DLL file error when it starts up

Example: "Access is denied, error occurs when C:/WIND/SYSTEM32.UKWIEG96.DLL is loaded". If it is not found, what is the dll? Try the following Three ways:

Solution one:

Start-Run--msconfig--Startup--Remove the add-on ***.dll and restart the computer, usually This is fine, if it pops up, go to the second step.

Solution 2:

Start - Run - regedit, delete the corresponding key in the following location:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Run

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Run

dll for some reason (the biggest possible is because it is a virus or rogue software dll file, was deleted by soft kill) Lost, but the related registration information is still there, causing the system to load it when booting, but can not find its file, so an error is reported. If you click "OK", the system is not abnormal, and it can run normally, you can use this software to clean up the boot loader, and this message will not appear after booting.

Solution 3:

Generally, it should be uninstalled that some programs are not completely caused, and there is information in the registry. So when it starts, it is still loading. You use Super Rabbit Magic Settings or Windows Optimizer to scan the registry. It will automatically pick out invalid items and delete them.
