Solve the problem that Windows XP keyboard is not available

Question:

After installing XP, my keyboard is not working, Num Lock light is always on, the button does not work, and the re-insertion is the same. This is not the case with 98 and 2000. See the keyboard hardware error in the control panel, the error code is 10. After the keyboard is disabled and re-enabled, it can be used normally, but the original situation occurs after restarting. Is there any solution?

Answer:

I think it is a system problem.

You can put your keyboard on someone else's machine and have a look.

If it's normal, it's definitely a problem with your system.

(Check if it is a system problem, click "Start /Programs /Accessories /Auxiliary Tools /Screen Keyboard" to see if the mouse can input keyboard characters. If it can not input, it is a system problem.)
