Four tricks to help you convert PPT text into Word document

  

Convert Word to PPT, maybe you can do it easily, but vice versa? PPT slides and Word are common software used by modern office workers, with different Display function, and sometimes the staff needs to convert the text of PPT into Word text. Can this conversion be achieved? I used to use a very stupid way to stick the text inside. If the text is less, it’s better to say that if there is more text, the workload can be imagined... 1.Using the "Syllabus" view

To open a PPT presentation, click on "Outline" and on the left side "Slides/Outline" task window Click on the tab in the "Syllabus" tab, press “Ctrl+A” to combine the selected content, then use the “Ctrl+C” key combination or right click to select “Copy&rdquo in the shortcut menu ; command, then paste into Word.

Tip: This method will copy the symbols in the original slides as they are.

2.Using "send" function conversion

To open the PPT slide to be converted, click “File”→“Send”→“MicrosoftWord&rdquo ; menu commands. Then select the “Use only outline” button and click the “OK” button to wait for a while and find that the entire PPT document is opened in a Word document.

Tip: After conversion, you will find that Word has a lot of blank lines. To delete all blank lines in Word with the replacement function, press “Ctrl+H”Open the “Replace” dialog box, and enter “^p^p”“ in "Find content”, in “ Enter “^p” for ”, click a few more times <; replace all & rdquo; button. (“^” can be entered in the English state with the “Shift+6” key.)

3.Using “Save as "Direct conversion

Open the conversion required Slide, click “File”→“Save as & rdquo;, then select Save as “rtf” in the “Save Type“ list box. Now use Word to open the rtf file you just saved, and then perform the appropriate editing to convert.

4.PPTConverttoDOC software conversion

PPTConverttoDOC is green soft, run directly after decompression, please close both Word and PPT programs before running. Select the PPT file to be converted and drag it directly to the <PPTConverttoDOC” program. Click the “Start” button in the tool software to convert. After the conversion is completed, the program will automatically exit.

If you select “plus the separator flag when converting, it will display which page of the original slide is currently in the converted word document. After the conversion is completed, a new Word document can be automatically created to display all the text in the PPT file.
