Users explain why they should stick to XP and not upgrade Win7/Win8

There are still about 50 days from the official retirement of Windows XP. Although Microsoft is constantly trying to convince users to abandon the system, there are still many users still running the system.

Many users ignore the call for Microsoft's upgrades, largely because Windows XP is a very reliable operating system.

In addition, there are many factors that have caused many users to stick to Windows XP. One of the most important reasons is the total cost of upgrading Windows XP, which often includes more expensive hardware upgrades.

Some users wrote:

“ I have a Windows XP computer, but I have no money to upgrade. I just read about the bad things about Win8 and Win8.1, so I plan to buy a Win7 computer, but I can't afford to buy a Windows7 computer. ”

“ I guess Microsoft has never considered that many Windows XP users just have no money to upgrade? The cost of software upgrades is close to the price of a promotional PC, which adds up to the total cost of my entire economy. I will continue to use Windows XP: First, I can't afford the upgrade; second, I like Windows XP. ”
