Let Win XP no longer display error prompt window

During the use of the Windows XP operating system, we often pop up a error report prompt box because of a program error, asking if you want to send an error message to Microsoft. Do not send it. It always prompts the error message frequently. It is very troublesome to send, and it is afraid that it will leak personal computer privacy. This seems to be unnecessary for our average users. All users will usually choose “Do not send”, then have you ever thought about whether there is a way to block this error prompt window?

Of course, there are some methods. You may wish to try the following method: Go to “Control Panel", double-click the "system” item, pop-up System Properties ” dialog. Select the “Advanced” tab.

Click the "Error Report" button below, in the pop-up window, select the "Disable Error Reporting" button and the following "but notify me when a serious error occurs" ” With the checkbox selected, click the “OK” button.

After completing the above operations, Windows XP will not pop up an error message box for general minor errors, and will only notify you when there is a serious error. You can use your computer with peace of mind.
