For example, if the system is reinstalled, the original system settings and software must be reinstalled, which is very cumbersome. In fact, we can use the system repair function of Windows XP system to fix system errors and update system files. The original system settings and installed programs will not change. The following uses the Windows XP Professional version as an example to describe how to repair the system. 1. When using the Windows XP system repair function, restart the computer, put the latest XP system download and installation CD into the CD-ROM drive, the screen will display the prompt message “Press any key to boot from CD” (press any key to start booting from the CD) ), press any key such as the “Enter” key. 2. When the screen displays "Windows XP Professional installer, welcome to the installer" message, press the “Enter” button. It should be noted that you cannot press the “R” button here. If you press the “&” key, it will start the faulty console repair of the Windows XP system home. 3. In the “Windows XP System Installation Agreement, Windows XP Professional End User Installation Agreement” interface, press the “"F8” button to agree to the license agreement. The Windows XP Professional installer will appear on the screen. If there is a corruption in the following Windows XP system download and installation, the installer can try to fix the message. The Windows XP system installer that needs to be repaired is displayed in the list box below the window. If there are more than one, use the up and down arrows to highlight the system that needs to be repaired, and finally press the “R” key. 4. When the screen displays "Windows XP Professional installer, the installer has tried to update the following Windows system installation", press the “Enter” key. In this way, the Windows XP system will be installed automatically. In the future, the installation time is basically the same as the reinstallation depth system. With the Windows XP system after the repair installation, the original system settings, installed software, and personal information will not change. In addition, it should be noted that the Windows XP system installation CD-ROM must use the Windows XP system installation CD of the original system, otherwise it will not be able to log in to the Windows XP system even if the system can be successfully repaired.
