Magically use the automatic data filtering function to view some data in the data list at will

In Chinese Excel2000, if you know how to use the automatic data filtering function, then you can easily view the data in the data list that meet certain conditions, such as which users have contact with the company this month. Filtering the data list can find and use a subset of the data in the data list. After filtering, only rows that contain a certain value or meet a set of criteria are displayed, while other rows are hidden. Chinese Excel2000 provides two commands for filtering: "Automatic Filtering" and "Advanced Filtering". The AutoFilter command can satisfy most of your needs, and you can consider using the Advanced Filter command when you need to use complex conditions to filter your data lists. To use the AutoFilter command, you can do the following: Step 1. Referring to Figure 12, select the Filter command from the Data drop-down menu and select the AutoFilter command from the Filter submenu. Figure 12 Select the "AutoFilter" command. Note: If there is no cell in the selected data list, or if no cells containing data are activated, after selecting the "AutoFilter" command, an error message will appear on the screen and prompt What you can do. Similar operations can occur elsewhere. Thereafter, a drop-down button will be displayed in each column of the first row of the data list, as shown in Figure 13, and automatic filtering will be performed through them. A drop-down list will be displayed in each column of the first row of Figure 13. The data record can be easily selected and viewed through the column drop-down list shown in Figure 13. For example, this step is used to refer to an employee whose salary is 800 yuan. When the operation is over, it will be displayed on the screen, as shown in Figure 15, which is the result of automatic screening.
