Experience Sharing: Protecting Privacy - Using Win XP Recycle Bin Hidden Files

Everyone knows that Windows 98 Recycle Bin can hide files, but using Windows XP Recycle Bin to hide files is not so easy, and can't be used as in Windows 98. Become a folder. Is there no other way? Of course not. It can be easily implemented with WinRAR 3.0, the steps are as follows.

1. Empty the recycle bin first, then open WinRAR 3.0, enter the recycle bin from the address bar (such as "C:Recycled", regardless of whether the recycle bin is hidden, you can see), you can see two system files.

2. Click the "Add" button on the toolbar, enter the "Archive File Name and Parameters" window, and change the name of the archive in the "Archive Name" column of the "General" tab (the default name is Recycled.rar); Then enter the "File" tab, click the "Add" button, select the file or folder to be hidden, press "OK" to return; then enter the "Advanced" tab, click the "Set Password" button, in Enter the password in the pop-up form and check the "Encrypt file name" check box, and finally click the "OK" button.

Now the original file (folder) has been packaged and hidden in the recycle bin. You can enter the "Explorer" and delete the original file. Then you can find the hidden file except you? Even if someone finds it No password can't be solved.

The recovery method is also very simple. Open WinRAR 3.0, enter the recycle bin, select the files to be restored, and unzip them to other folders.

Note: In order to prevent unintentional exposure, be sure to transfer the WinRAR 3.0 address bar to another path after the operation is completed. Otherwise, the next time you open WinRAR 3.0, you will enter the recycle bin directly.
