Can I make System Restore permanently retain a restore point

I can't let System Restore permanently retain a restore point, System Restore is a change basic trace tool instead of a mirror tool or backup tool . Each restore point stores changes that were made to the system after the previous restore point was created, which minimizes the disk space it occupies and improves performance, so all restore points are related to each other. Therefore, restoring the system from its current state to its previous state requires the use of all previously restored restore points.

For example, if the user wants to restore the system from point D to point A, System Restore will check the system change log for points C and B, and if a restore point is a permanent restore point, The space used to store all the restore point chains created after the permanent restore point will be very large and impractical. System Restore also provides a space management feature that can be used to clear older restore points to make room for new restore points, creating a constantly rolling safety net. By default, restore points older than 90 days will be automatically cleared.
