Use IE to retrieve the U disk drive letter that the resource manager disappears

I believe many of my friends have encountered such a failure: after inserting the USB flash drive into the computer, the USB tray and drive letter display in the tray area of the system taskbar, but I can't see it in the “My Computer” and Explorer. The drive letter, whether it is re-plugging the USB drive or redistributing the drive letter in the disk manager, does not solve the problem. At this time, we often only restart the computer to solve the problem. After continuous efforts, I finally found a temporary solution. First, open the command line window by running the CMD command through the “Start” menu. Here, the drive letter is ““I” as an example, enter “ldlorer i:” in the window, and a window will pop up, pay attention to the window. The title bar and the address bar are marked with a drive letter in the title bar, but not in the address bar. If the point & ldquo; up & rdquo; button returns to & ldquo; my computer & rdquo;, can not see the drive letter, this does not But now, as long as it is available. However, problems were found during use. Because the drive letter is not recognized properly, the system feature of long file names cannot be used. After many twists and turns, I finally found a solution to support long file names without using third-party tools, that is, using IE instead of Explorer. Open IE and enter the drive letter “I:” in the address bar. This will support both long file name file operations and return to “My Computer" in the computer.
