Prevent OE from sending garbled characters
In the OE Mail Editor, you can use your powerful editing features to edit emails in a variety of colorful and different fonts. However, if the other party does not use OE to receive mail, you may only see HTML sources that are difficult to see. The solution is to use the mouse to select the "Format" option in the menu bar when writing a message, and select the "plain text" command from the pop-up drop-down menu.
