How to open the Win10 system group policy?

Group Policy is a tool in the Microsoft Management Console snap-in that helps administrators manage policy settings. One of the four major setup tools we use, plus a command prompt, registry editor, and control panel. Opening a group policy is simple and can be done by running a command or by searching for a group policy.

Method a: Run command to open the Group Policy:
