Workaround:
1, start----Run-----Enter regedit to confirm, open the registry to, HKEY LOCAL MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionImage File Execution Options .......,
Right-click on the task manager taskmgr.exe that is set up in the Image File Execution Options and select “Delete”. Then you can open the task manager (protest success)
2. First use the administrator. Log in to the system at the level of the account, then type “Gpedit.msc” in the Start menu of "Run" to open the Group Policy Editor.
