In the above version string, 7601 represents a major compiled version (Windows 7 RTM is 7600), 16518 is a secondary version, and 100302-1530 represents a compile time: 3:30 pm on March 2, 2010.
Wzor.net claims that it can release any Windows 7 SP1 compiled by Microsoft so far, but it doesn't make sense to do so, so wait until the Beta stage.
