Forced shutdown of Windows 7 will start black screen

According to foreign media reports, Microsoft recently notified users that forcibly shutting down the computer with Windows 7 system will cause the system to fail to open. This problem exists with all 32-bit versions of Windows 7.

It is reported that if the end user presses the Windows 7 computer power button for a few seconds and automatically turns off, the user will not be able to start the computer again.

Microsoft said that if the end user forcibly shuts down the Windows 7 computer, the user will only see a black screen when it starts up again, and the Windows system will not be able to open it again.

Microsoft pointed out that this problem with Windows 7 computers is caused by several factors: Data Execution Prevention in the BIOS or system is disabled. When the power button is pressed, the system is set to sleep or sleep mode. The language version in which the user runs the operating system is a double-byte character set (DBCS) language, such as the Chinese version, the Korean version, and the Japanese version of Windows 7.

Users can solve this problem in a simple way. All of these users can boot from the Windows 7 Windows PE CD. The user should start the system in normal mode. If you do not have a Windows PE CD, you can use the Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows Server 2008 DVD installation CD.

In addition, Microsoft has released a hot fix to address this issue with Windows 7.
