How to get Windows 7 Aero effects theme true meaning

A research and development member of the Windows 7 desktop team revealed to the media the true meaning of the Windows 7 Aero theme. He said that including Windows Vista, Aero is composed of three parts: Aero Shake, Aero Snap and Aero Peek. Aero represents four spirits in terms of metaphor, which are real, energetic, reflective and open.

The developer also explained in detail the functions of the three components of Aero:

Aero Shake:

Users can select one of them on the desktop and mouse. The window is then shaken on the screen, at which point other windows (not selected and shaken by the mouse) are minimized to the taskbar. Aero Snap:
