2. Open Local Group Policy -> User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components, select Windows Explorer.

3. Locate Remove CD Burning features in the right panel and double-click to select Enable.

For machines without group policy, you can modify it through the registry as follows:

1. Run regedit on Win+R and find the following key value HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows \\CurrentVersion\\Policies\\Explorer

2. Right-click in the right panel - New - DWORD32 - Name it NoCDBurning, double-click the modifier key to 1.

3. The restart takes effect.
