Move the taskbar to display more date information.

The Windows 7 taskbar is much wider than the previous system. With this new taskbar, we can make the displayed content richer. For example, the date display, the default setting in the taskbar only shows the current time plus the date, then there is no way to let the taskbar display today's day of the week?

There is a natural way to do this. Just follow the steps below and you can easily achieve this.

Step 1: Click on the time selection in the taskbar, select "Change date and time" in the pop-up date interface, and then click "Change date and time" in the "Date and time" selection.

●Change the date format

Step 2: Click “Change Calendar Settings” in the lower left corner of the new pop-up dialog box. Two windows will pop up. Come. In the "Custom Format" window, switch to the "Date" option, in the "Date Format" selection in the middle, add "space dddd" after the "short date" and "long date" settings. Then click OK. At this point, you can see that the day of the week has appeared in the time display of the taskbar.

In XP, you can set the same function, but the location is slightly different. Go to the Control Panel, open "Regional and Language Options", click "Custom" in "Regional Options", then select "Date", then add "Space dddd" after "Short Date Format" and "Long Date Format" ", click OK, when the mouse indicates the point at the moment, you can display today's day of the week.
