How to solve the Win8 boot CPU usage high hard drive light flashing fault?

  
Windows 8 has been occupying 20%-30% of the CPU since the boot, the hard drive light flashes, and the installed Windows 8 does not have third-party software installed.
Cause analysis:
Verify that the user logs in using the Microsoft account (that is, the Windows live account). When the user logs in using this account, the user will automatically join the home group, and the current user setting data will be synchronized during networking to cause high CPU usage.
Solution:
Press win+i and then press Enter to enter the setting interface. Select the family group on the left, then choose Leave to exit the family group to solve the problem.
