Method One:

The file name is quite messy after opening. For example, the folder name of "Renren.com" is:

Or you can open “Windows PowerShell" in all programs", enter “Get-AppxPackage”, you can view the version information of all programs under the Metro interface. Folder location, etc.
Find the name of the program (Name), “PackageFullName” is the folder where the corresponding program is located. In addition, you can see the version of the program.
