IE10 is missing in Win8. Teach you how to install IE10

The IE10 browser is installed by default in Windows 8. If you find that the IE startup icon is not found in the start screen, or you can't find it on the traditional desktop, this may be IE10 being "uninstalled". This uninstallation is only IE10 has been canceled in the system, because IE10 is currently the only version of IE browser that can be used in Windows 8, and cannot be completely uninstalled. We only need to perform the following operations in the system to retrieve the cancelled IE10.

First, in the Modern UI, use your finger to swipe up from the bottom of the screen, then click [All Apps]. (If you are using a mouse, click the right mouse button and click [All Apps].)

Click [Control Panel].

Then click on [Program].

Please click [Turn Windows features on or off].

Surely the checkbox in front of Internet Explorer 10 has been unchecked. Just re-check it and click [OK].

Finally, press [Restart Now].

Internet Explorer will now appear in the Modern UI again.

What? Can't I find Internet Explorer on the traditional desktop? Don't worry, just swipe your finger over the Internet Explorer icon, swipe from top to bottom, and then click [Fix to Taskbar] , you can. (If you are using a mouse, right-click on the Internet Explorer icon and click [Fix to Taskbar].)
