Possible Causes and Solutions,

1. Caused by local DNS, you can enter the change adapter settings (Control Panel\\Network and Internet\\Network Connection) and select the network you are using. Connection, right-click properties, network, TCP/IP protocol, change the DNS address to 8.8.8.8 or other DNS address.

2, Firewall reason, turn off the firewall, test it.
