Win8 program icon cannot be locked to the taskbar solution

As follows:
1, Win + R key press, open operation, an input gpedit.msc, enter into the Local Group Policy Editor;

2, to expand User Configuration - Management Module - start menu and the taskbar, find and double-click to open the right side of "Do not allow attachments to the taskbar program" changed to "not configured" or "disabled", click OK;

3, open run, enter regedit, enter into the registry editor;

4, to expand the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \\ lnkfile, to see if the right side Isshortcut string value, if it is directly reset the computer, not just a new name as "Isshortcut" string value;

5, after the setup is complete, you can program icon to the taskbar locked up.
Note that before modifying the registry, please back up the registry to avoid data loss.
