Win8/Win8.1 enters safe mode as follows:

In Windows 8 or Win8.1, you can enter safe mode by pressing F8 or Shift+F8, but the settings are more complicated. There are two ways to enter safe mode.

The first method:

1, Windows+R key combination to open the run box, enter msconfig, press Enter.

2. Open the “Guide” tab and check the box for "Boot Options" > Safe Boots.

3. Select the type of secure boot

(1) Minimum (standard security mode)

(2) Other shells (safe mode with command prompt)

(3) Active directory

(4) Network (with network security mode)

In general, choose a minimum or 4-band network security mode. Then restart the computer to enter the safe mode, if you want to return to the normal mode, you only need to restore the above settings in the safe mode to cancel the security boot, the steps are the same as above.

The second method:

Press SHIFT+F8 while booting to enter safe mode.

Multiple systems enter safe mode:

1. Select Change default or other selection on the multi-boot boot menu.

2. After entering the option, select “select other options”.

3, then go to the next interface and click <; Troubleshooting”.

4. After entering the troubleshooting interface, select “Advanced Options”.

5, then select “ Windows startup settings & rdquo;.

6. Finally, click the restart at the bottom right to automatically enter safe mode after reboot.
