of porting a picture to screensaver for Windows 2003

The screen saver of Windows Me/XP can make the pictures in the "My Documents" list as screensavers. However, this feature is not available in other versions of Windows operating systems. Want to port this function to Windows 2003? Follow the steps below to make it OK.

Step 1: In the Windows Me "X:\\Windows\\system" folder, find the "IMAGING.DLL" file and the "picture collection screen saver .scr" file, then copy Stand by to the flash memory (where X is the drive letter of the partition where the Windows Me system is located).

Step 2: Copy the “IMAGING.DLL” file and “image collection screen saver .scr” file in the flash file to the Windows 2003 "X:\\Windows\\system32" folder .

Step 3: Open the Notepad program in Windows 2003 and enter the following:

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\\CLSID\\{327

abdab-2E5F-11d0-8B85-00AA0044F941}\\InProcServer32]

@="F:\\\\windows\\\\system\\\\imaging.dll"

"ThreadingModel" ="both"

The text is empty and more than one line or back to the car, save this document as “AddScreenSavers.reg”.

Step 4: Double-click the “AddScreenSavers.reg” file to import it into the registry.

Step 5: Go back to the Windows 2003 desktop, right click and select “Properties" in the menu. In the pop-up "Show Properties" window, the "Screen Saver" option will appear in the "Screen Saver" tab. What are you waiting for, try it now!
