Win8 method to turn Hybrid Boot function on or off

Win8 system has a fast boot speed, which is one reason why many users like Win8. The reason why Win8 boot speed is fast, behind the Hybrid Boot function is working. However, this function also causes the system disk space to be over-occupied. How do we enable or disable the Hybrid Boot function of the Win8 system?

The Win8 system uses Hybrid Boot instead of the shutdown function.
