Take the latest Win8.1 system IE11 browser as an example, Win + R shortcut key brings up the "Run" dialog box, enter "ldedit", confirm, open “ Registry Editor ”, navigate to “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Internet Explorer” in the list on the left. Figure:

Then right click on "Internet Explorer", delete the item.
