Win10 Mobile version of Microsoft Photo Update to 1118: Add new video trimming features

Win10 Mobile users today ushered in a new "Microsoft Photo" update, version number upgraded from 1111 to 1118, although Microsoft did not give a specific update log, but we found that the photo has added a new video trimming function.
