Win10 Preview 10558: Edge Browser Adds Tab Preview

In mid-September, Qiao Beifeng at the Microsoft Ignite conference in New Zealand "unexpectedly" demonstrated the tab preview of the Windows 10 Edge browser. That is, when the mouse pointer is over the tab, a small window preview of the tab appears. Qiao Beifeng promised that the function would soon meet the user. In Win10 Preview 10558, this feature has been turned on by default.

In addition to this, there are two notable improvements in the Edge browser settings. The first is the improvement of the favorites settings. Build 10558 removes the option of “Show Favorites Bar”, but instead adds a special “Favorite Settings” button, which allows you to set more detailed settings for your favorites. Users can import other browser favorites data here. This feature is visually highlighted.

and then highlight the "Clean up browsing data" function, given Users pay more attention to this feature. Microsoft has deliberately used large font sizes in the new version and bolded the fonts to make it easier for users to find the option.

Win10 is now getting better with the preview version. Without any surprise, the improvements after Win10 official version 10240 will appear in the future official version of the feature update. The addition of these improvements makes Win10 even more perfect, and “semi-finished products” will gradually become qualified Windows successors.
