Win7 system uses the built-in system reset and system refresh function to restore the system to its initial state

After using the system for a period of time, there will always be a variety of problems. Sometimes we use the one-click recovery feature, and sometimes we simply reinstall the system. The Win8 system provides a simpler solution to the above problems. It has built-in “system refresh” and “system reset” components, which make it easier to restore the system to its original state or reinstall. How do users of Win7 system set their own system reset and refresh? Tips: What is "system reset" & "system refresh". The two components of Win8 are actually completed by using the "install.wim" file on the CD (you need to insert Win8 CD to complete the operation). 1. The system reset is completely reinstalled. After performing this operation, all the files of the original Win8 partition will be deleted and reloaded. The actual background operation is to restore the image of the specified version in “Install.wim” to the C drive. Therefore, for Win7 users, we only need to complete the "Format C drive + restore the specified image to the C drive"; you can make a system reset. 2. System refresh means that after performing this operation, Win8 will keep personal files, user accounts and installed applications through the Windows Store, but all other applications are deleted, and the PC settings are restored to the default state of the initial installation. So for Win7 users (Win7 does not have a Windows Store program), we only need to transfer the current system personal files to a non-system partition, and then use an installed image to restore to the system partition to make a system refresh. First, the preparation work due to "system reset" and "system refresh" is easy to cause data loss, so you need to do the following preparations before the operation: 1. Download the software required for this article and save it on the D drive. . 2. Back up the Win7 system key. For details, please visit http://bbs.kafan.cn/thread-799763-1-1.html. 3. Back up your personal files. Run the downloaded “Personal Data Transfer (Win7 version)”, download and run as administrator, and follow the prompts to transfer the personal files to “D:\\User Directory”. For personal documents such as QQ chat logs and Foxmail emails, data can be saved to non-system partitions by the application itself. Second, the production reset system because the reset is "Format C drive + restore the specified image to the C drive", so we just use the "imagex" command to restore the "install.wim" format to the system partition can. First download the Win7 installation file, then use WinRAR to extract all the files to the E drive. Then run the downloaded >Gimagex” and switch to “image information”, select“E:\\sources\\install.wim”, click “display info”, remember the image you need to use as the reset object The volume number can be. For example, the author uses the flagship image, which is in the image volume of “install.wim”; “5” (Figure 1). Tip: In order to ensure that the reset Win7 can be activated, here to reset the image must choose to match the existing key, such as pre-installed the home base version of Win7 users, reset the image to select "Windows 7 HOMEBASIC". Third, the production refresh system As mentioned above, the refresh is actually to restore a new installed Win7 to the system partition, so we must first install a new Win7 system, the system installation using VHD partition to operate. 1. Run the downloaded "VHD_OneKey_2011_51.exe", switch to "Create VHD", and then make the following settings (Figure 2): Tip: In order to ensure that the reset Win7 can be activated, here reset image must be To choose to match your existing key, such as pre-installed Home Basic Win7 users, reset the image and select "Windows 7 HOMEBASIC". Third, the production refresh system As mentioned above, the refresh is actually to restore a new installed Win7 to the system partition, so we must first install a new Win7 system, the system installation using VHD partition to operate. 1. Run the downloaded "VHD_OneKey_2011_51.exe", switch to "Create VHD", and then make the following settings (Figure 2): VHD location: Select an NTFS partition with a large remaining space, and set the VHD file name to “Win7_V.vhd”VHD size: set to the default 15GB, dynamically expand to load the WIM location of the VHD: select the above prepared "E:\\sources\\install.wim"; file image number: select and own The key match version is the Ultimate version (Note: VHD boot is only supported in the Professional version or above) 2. The remaining operating programs will automatically release the specified image to the VHD file. After completing the operation, return to the program window, switch to "mount/unmount VHD"; and click “Add item to BCD”. Restart the system, select "Windows [WIN7_V.VHD]" in the boot multiple boot option to enter the VHD system, install the necessary updates, applications, anti-virus software and drivers after entering the system, and finally run "private data transfer (Win7 version) ) & rdquo;, transfer personal data to non-system partitions. 3. Restart into the original Win7 system, run the same as above, "VHD_OneKey_2011_51.exe" and switch to "mount/uninstall VHD", follow the prompts to load "J:\\WIN7_VHD\\win7_v.vhd"; file, assuming the drive letter after loading For M:, after successful loading, copy the “C:\\boot” directory, “C:\\bootmgr” files to the root directory of the M drive. Finally run the downloaded "Gimagex", switch to "Make a mirror", and then perform the following settings in turn: Source: Select the drive location of the VHD to save the location: Ready in the previous “e:\\sources\\install .wim”File Image Volume Description: System Refresh Dedicated System Label: Ultimately click on the “older original image” and follow the prompts to add the VHD system to the “e:\\sources\\install.wim” file (Figure 3). Fourth, add production system reset and refresh menu to WinRE repair environment Through the above operations, we have successfully made the system reset and refresh system (respectively corresponding to "image volume 5" and "image volume 6"), below To make a reset and refresh recovery menu in the WinRE repair environment. 1. Import the downloaded “ get ownership.reg” into the registry. Open “c:\ ecovery” right click and select “Get Ownership", then open “C:\\Recovery\\f96a9c4d-5126-11df-88ce-9c36a58ca458” directory (note: different computer names are different), make sure There are “boot.sdi” and “winre.wim” files. Tip: The WinRE.wim mentioned above is the repair environment that comes with Win7. You can select “Repair the computer” after entering the F8 key after booting, and the system reset and refresh are completed in it. If your Win7 does not display this menu after pressing F8, just run “ldd.exe” as administrator and enter “ldagent; /enable” to open. 2. Run as administrator and “Giamgex”, then switch to “Load Image” to perform the following operations: Load to: Select a directory where the NTFS partition is located, such as “J:\\winre”; select image: Select &ldquo ;C:\\Recovery\\f96a9c4d-5126-11df-88ce-9c36a58ca458\\winre.wim”The mirror volume to be mounted selects "Mirror 1"; check "Read & Write" and finally click “Load” , follow the prompts to load the installation image 1 into the "J:\\winre" directory (Figure 4). 3. After successfully loading the image, copy the downloaded “imagex.exe” to the “J:\\winre\\Windows\\System32”; the downloaded “tools” folder to the “J:\\ Winre\\sources\ ecovery” Finally, return to the Gimagex interface, select the loaded “winre.wim” file, check "Submit changes" and click "Uninstall" to save and uninstall the modified "winre.wim". V. After the actual use of the above operations, if we only need to click the “Win7 One-Click Refresh/Reset” window in the “System Repair Options” window, you can use the system refresh or reset function. 1. Press F8 and then select “Repair Computer”. After entering the WinRE repair environment, you can see that the “System Recovery Options” window has been added. A new name called “Win7 One Key Refresh” is added. /Reset” Repair menu (Figure 5). 2. Click this menu to activate the “Reset/Refresh” component. Enter the number corresponding to the menu and press Enter. However, for data security, it is recommended to select “1&rdquo before performing the operation. ;, back up the current system to the image file (Figure 6). 3. If you press 2 or 3, the system will first perform the formatted C drive operation, and then restore the image 5” or <;image 6” in the "E:\\sources\\install.wim” (See Figure 6).
