Microsoft demonstrates how to port an iOS calculator application to Windows 10

Computer Store News: Hosted Web App format is a good choice if you want to migrate your app from iOS or Android and try to reuse code. In order to improve the richness of Windows 10 platform applications, Microsoft introduced Windows Bridge to developers, and created a feature introduction video by taking the calculator application on iOS as an example. Windows Bridge for iOS allows developers to easily create a Windows Universal Application (UWP) via the iOS API and Objective-C code, encouraging more people to participate in the process of porting applications to the Windows Store.

In recent days, Microsoft has published a series of articles on the blog to introduce application porting and show how simple the process is.

In the latest article, the Windows Apps team came up with the iOS calculator application example and introduced storyboards and Auto Layout.

Previous examples included creating a simple to-do app in Xcode and then introducing Visual Studio to iOS developers.
