Microsoft Windows Phone Store mixes into pirated apps

Computer Store News: Samsung ATIV S hackers have recently enabled all ATIV users to download or repackage applications in developers if you have a developer unlock device. Then you can easily sideload (similar to the Android card brush, here understood as a local installation) those pirated games and software to your own Nokia or HTC devices.

The only reason Windows Phone OS doesn't consider the piracy problem is that most phones are developer locked, which means all software is Need to download from the Windows Phone store.

Now the above question doesn't seem to be a problem. Microsoft seems to allow pirated software to be uploaded to the Windows Phone store or download it.

A Vietnamese developer named menguyen has uploaded a copy of the fruit ninja to the store and seems to have been certified and can now be downloaded for free.

This can not only damage the confidence of Windows Phone developers, because it can modify the software before uploading software, such as the practice of introducing malware, stealing your contacts.

That game can be found here, but I'm not sure what it has changed, so I don't recommend downloading it. Who knows if this is just an episode or Microsoft is relaxing on Thanksgiving.
