Windows 8 App Store Releases 18 Game Limits

Microsoft has imposed strict restrictions on applications in the Windows Store, and does not allow PEGI18 and ESRB Mature (17+) ratings to appear in stores. But last week, Microsoft announced that it would lift this restriction. The Windows Store accepts the PEGI18 rating game. Win8 users can download the game that was once restricted in the Windows Store.

However, parents don't have to worry, the Windows Store integrates with Microsoft Family Safety, and parents can monitor what apps the kids have installed.

Microsoft said that the Windows Store has been relaxed to bring more good games to Windows 8 with game developers.

Now, games such as Grand Theft Auto 5 and Wizards, which were previously restricted, can be downloaded from the Windows Store. For European users, this is even more good news. From the Windows Store, you can get the Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, Mass Effect 2, Mass Effect 3, Shame, Invisible War, and Radiation: New Vegas, Assassin's Creed: Revelation, The Walking Dead, The Bloodless Rogue, Black Los Angeles, Special Action: First Life, Marx Payne 3, Call of Duty 8 : Modern Warfare 3 and other games.
