Developing WP version of Remote Desktop Application

Computer store news: Microsoft yesterday released a low-profile version of the remote desktop client applications for Mac, iOS and Android. These applications are based on the iTap remote connection application development acquired by Microsoft. The low-key official announcement suggests that these applications are mainly for enterprise use scenarios. And launched. But not releasing the Windows Phone version in the first place is indeed a bit disappointing.

TNW quickly got Microsoft's confirmation that the Windows Phone version of the Remote Desktop app is already under development, but has not revealed any point in time. Microsoft said that "Remote Desktop is a relatively low-frequency usage scenario on mobile phones", which seems to explain why Microsoft did not release the WP version &ndash when other applications were launched; and iTap itself does not have a WP version.

At present, Microsoft has also launched the Modern version of the remote desktop application for Windows 8/8.1, which has long been a popular application list. In short, WP users are used to it.
