A maximum of 512 characters is allowed. /f Forces a running application to shut down and does not warn the user in the foreground. /f is automatically set when used with /t xxx. /d [p| u:]xx:yy provides the reason for restarting or shutting down. p indicates that restart or shutdown is planned. u indicates that the reason is defined by the user. If neither p nor u is specified, restarting or shutting down is unplanned. Xx is the prime number (a positive integer less than 256). Yy is the secondary reason number (a positive integer less than 65536).
