Modify the default installation path of the software in Vista/7

  

A lot of people have such a habit in the installation, if the system is installed in the C drive, then the software will be loaded into the D drive E disk and other non-system disk . However, when the general software is installed, the system will set the default path to C:/Program Files/XXXX. If you follow the above ideas, each software must re-select the path. *WIN+R runs regedit to open the registry editor

*Locate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersion

*Find ProgramFilesDi

in the right panel *Double click to edit , set the key value to the path you need, for example: D:Apps

*OK to save, exit the registry editor
