Solve Windows Vista or XP Recycle Bin is corrupted

Under Windows Vista or Windows XP, when an object is dragged into the recycle bin, Windows generates an error message stating that the recycle bin has been corrupted. The recycle bin file is corrupted and you need to delete this file and rebuild it to troubleshoot.
Here's how to solve this problem
After the message that the recycle bin has been corrupted, the files placed in the recycle bin will not be displayed. Before using the recycle bin, perform the following steps:
1. Open a command prompt window, click “start”,“all programs”,“attachments”, and then click “command prompt&rdquo ;
2, at the command prompt type:
rd /sX: recycled
Note that Vista system, the root directory of the drive will have a hidden $RECYCLE.BIN folder, so add: < Br> rd/sX:$RECYCLE.BIN
Note: X is the drive letter name that prompts the recycle bin error to be repaired
2. Press Y and press Enter to confirm the deletion of the directory. If only recycled is deleted, in some cases, the system will not rebuild. After Windows Vista is removed with $RECYCLE.BIN, Windows will rebuild the Recycle Bin after rebooting.
3, which disk's recycle bin is not normal, delete which disk.
4. Restart your computer.
Now, the recycle bin should work fine.
Special Instructions
If there is a damage to the recycle bin in the non-system disk (such as D disk), it is difficult to operate the command line according to the above method. You can also export the D disk data and then perform the format operation. This problem can also be solved.
