Locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Shutdown branch and create a new string value named "FastReboot" in the right window and set its value to 1. Restart the computer after exiting the Registry Editor for it to take effect. This will restart the computer much faster.

Reduce the boot scroll time

To speed up the blue scroll bar when Windows starts, you can open the registry editor and navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Session Manager \\Memory Management\\PrefetchParameters", find the "EnablePrefetcher" primary key on the right, change its default value from 3 to 1, so that the scroll bar scroll time will be reduced.

Clear the DLL file that is not used in memory

Locate HKKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion, add an item "AlwaysUnloadDLL" in "Explorer", the default value is set to 1. (Note: If the default value is set to 0, this function is disabled.)

Turn on the startup optimization function

Locate HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Dfrg\\BootOptimizeFunction and enable Enable. It is "Y".

improve broadband speeds
