How to control their volume individually for each application

Problem Description
There is a new nice feature in Vista that lets you control the volume of each application individually. For example, you want the sound of the Windows system to be moderate and the volume of the QQ to be lower.

then you can open up the speaker volume applications the lower right corner of the task bar, click on the synthesizer, then, you can in the current, respectively You can also set any application to be muted by setting the volume level for applications that are running and using sound.
