The solution is to drop a few drops of sewing machine oil on the fan bearing. The vibration noise is generally caused by the imbalance of the fan blades, the looseness of the blades on the shaft and the excessive bearing clearance. If the individual blades accumulate dirt, remove them in time; if the fan blades are missing, asymmetrical, or the bearing clearance is too large, it is best to replace the fan with a new one.

Second, eliminate CPU fan noise

CPU fan bearings and blades are the most likely to cause noise, long-term use of the fan bearings may be too much friction due to lack of oil, resulting in Larger noise can add sewing machine oil to the fan shaft. The specific operation is to carefully remove the label on the fan shaft, and then add the oil and then cover it. If the quality of the fan blades is not very good, after a period of rotation, the blades may be deformed by heat, touching the inner wall and emitting noise. The solution is to gently scrape the blade a few times at the scratch, increasing the distance between the blade and the inner wall to avoid friction.

Third, eliminate hard disk noise

Hard disk noise may come from its own vibration, this time is not only to make annoying noise so simple, but related to the security of the hard disk. Because the vibration caused by improper installation may damage the hard disk, the horizontally mounted hard disk must be parallel to the chassis. The vertically mounted hard disk must be perpendicular to the bottom of the chassis and cannot be skewed. The most important thing is that the hard disk must be kept in a stable state (it is recommended to use more than three screws when fixing the hard disk), but at the same time, the fixing screws of the hard disk should not be too long or tightened too much to prevent damage to the circuit board and the disk.

Fourth, eliminate chassis vibration noise

For the elimination of chassis vibration noise, we can pay attention to the hardness of the chassis and the connection mode between the chassis and the cabinet when purchasing the computer. A chassis that is too thin and too "saving" is not strong. You can check whether the hardness is acceptable by gently pressing or twisting the box by hand. The case with the box cover and the screw frame is relatively stable, and the screw-free case is prone to vibration. It is best to consider it when purchasing. In addition, some appropriate damping measures can be taken during installation and use, such as attaching 3~4 mm thick plastic foam strips to the parts directly contacting the cabinet inside the cover, and then tightening the cover
