Encryption technology in Win2000 was discovered vulnerabilities

Vulnerabilities in key components of Windows encryption technology were identified by security technicians from Israel. They found that Windows encryption can be cracked, but this is Microsoft's negligence. Or is it deliberate?

Haifa University and two Hebrew universities in a report released this month showed how to reproduce the random number generator in Windows 2000. They also listed algorithmic vulnerabilities in the CryptGenRandom function.

Windows and other applications use PRNG to create random keys, which are mainly used to encrypt files and email messages and transmit them via Secure Sockets Layer protocol.

So if this algorithm can Reproduced, then the information transmitted over the Internet via Windows SSL, from consumers to online retailers, banks and individual customers are basically no secret.
