The system's task manager could not display the username

Q: Open the "Task Manager" under Windows XP, in the "process", "User Name" column can not display the user name, the entire column is blank. Even if you set it in the menu “View & rdquo;→“Select Column”, it still cannot be displayed. What should I do?
A: This is caused by the system not starting the service <Terminal Services” . Run “services.msc”, find the service <Terminal Services", double click to open its properties. Then select “Manual" or "Automatic" in the "Startup Type" drop-down box on the "General" tab to enable the service to start normally each time the system is started. Finally, click the “Start” button to start the service.
Summary: This phenomenon is mostly caused by the user accidentally disabling the service "Terminal Services" when the system is optimized.
